This was a pic I drew afew weeks ago watching Funday Pawpet Show. They were talking about perpareing for Sandy and some menched if the flash flooding could put out the mine fires in the town they filmed Silent Hill in. I Thought of this, some of the monsters sitting on a roof while a car flotes by.
